All rental fees are based on 7 hours of time. Additional access time be available at $250 per hour. Venue closes no later than 1:00am

To secure your reserved event date on our calendar, a non-refundable deposit of $500 of the rental rate is due at the time of the reservation, along with a signed copy of the rental agreement.
We offer flexible payment plans with the final payment of the remaining balance due approximately 10-15 days prior to the event.
Holidays accepts payments in the form of Zelle, Cash, Checks or Credit Card. A 4% administration fee is applied to all Credit Card transactions. Checks may be made payable to Holidays Events.
