GRAND SUITE- Seats up 250 Guests

Venue Rate: $8,250

Rental Hours: 8 Hours (Up to 1:00AM)

Rental Deposit: Only $500 down to Reserve Date (Non-Refundable)

Additional Access time may be available at $250 per hour before Midnight or $500 after 12:00am (or 2:00am on New Years Eve)

Catering: Client can bring their own at no additional charge OR provided by Holidays starting @ $35 Per Person w/ 100 Guest Minimum

DELUXE SUITE- Seats up 100 Guests

Venue Rate: $5,250

Rental Hours: 6 Hours (Up to 1:00AM)

Rental Deposit: Only $500 down to Reserve Date (Non-Refundable)

Additional access time may be available at $150 per hour before Midnight or $300 after 12:00am (0r 2:00am on New Years Eve). 

Catering: Client can bring their own at no additional charge OR provided by Holidays starting @ $35 Per Person w/ 100 Guest Minimum

Floor Plans of each suite space are available upon request.

We love working with all outside vendors, and can provide a list of recommended caterers, DJ’s, Photographers,  Event Planners, Event Decorators, Bands, Entertainment and other suppliers upon request. All vendors must check out with the on-site coordinator prior to leaving.

Parking for more than 500 vehicles is available on the property. We do offer parking pick up services. We do not offer parking valet services, but this may be needed for large, formal events. You are welcome to hire a valet company at your own discretion.

Holidays will provide bartenders & security for all events serving alcohol. An average of one bartender is used for every 75 guests.

Holidays offers catering services starting at $35 per person with a minimum of 50 guests.  This cost includes two meats, one side, one veggie, salad, dinner rolls and beverages.  In addition, this cost includes food servers, elegant disposable china dinnerware and clean up.

Clients are permitted to use outside caterers at no additional charge.

Each suite has access to our catering warming kitchens.  The kitchens are equipped with commercial refrigerators & freezers, double sinks, stainless steel prep tables, microwave and food warming cabinets. We DO NOT have ice machines, so you will have to bring ice. Onsite cooking is prohibited.

Security officers will be provided for all events. The venue provides the security officer(s) and the cost is covered in the rental fees.

Absolutely. We welcome all wishing to marry or host an event at our venue.

Holidays does offer rate discounts for multi-day events. Discounts are determined based on event type and needs.
