Holiday venue rates are listed below and please contact us directly for more rental details.

GRAND SUITE- Seats up 250 Guests

Venue Rate: $7500

Rental Hours: 8 Hours

 Rental Deposit: Only $1000 down to Reserve Date (Non-Refundable)

 Additional Access time may be available at $250 per hour before Midnight or $500 per hour after 12:00am. Venue closes at 3:00am on New Year’s Eve.

 Catering: Provided by Client

 Open Bar: Provided by Holidays. $25 Per Person for 4 Hours (Includes Champagne Toast @ 12am Midnight on New Year’s Eve only)

Bar Tickets: Provided by Holidays. $30 Per Person for 3 Drink Tickets. 50 Guest Minimum.

Ex. 50 Guests x $30pp = $1500
50 Guests x 3 Drink Tickets = 150 Drink Tickets

 Bring Your Own: $1500 Includes Bar Rental Fee, Bartenders and Security

DELUXE SUITE- Seats up 100 Guests

 Venue Rate: $4500

 Rental Hours: 6 Hours

 Rental Deposit: Only $500 down to Reserve Date (Non-Refundable)

 Additional access time may be available at $150 per hour before Midnight or $300 per hour after 12:00am. Venue closes at 3:00am on New Year’s Eve.

 Catering: Provided by Client

 Open Bar: Provided by Holidays Only @ $25 Per Person for 4 Hours. (Includes Champagne Toast @ 12am Midnight on New Year’s Eve only)

VENUE GUEST TOURS & VENDOR VISITS

Venue is shown by Appointment Only. An appointment is needed to schedule your private tour within our normal business hours. To confirm the availability for your desired event date, please fill out the contact form. We aim to be in touch with you within 1-2 business days.

FLOOR PLANS

Floor Plans of each suite space are available upon request.

VENDOR POLICIES

We love working with all outside vendors, and can provide a list of recommended caterers, DJ’s, Photographers,  Event Planners, Event Decorators, Bands, Entertainment and other suppliers upon request. All vendors must check out with the on-site coordinator prior to leaving.

PARKING & VALET

Parking for more than 500 vehicles is available on the property. We do offer parking pick up services. We do not offer parking valet services, but this may be needed for large, formal events. You are welcome to hire a valet company at your own discretion.

BARTENDERS

Holidays will provide bartenders & security for all events serving alcohol. An average of one bartender is used for every 75 guests.

CATERING RATES

Holidays offers catering services starting at $35 per person with a minimum of 50 guests.  This cost includes two meats, one side, one veggie, salad, dinner rolls and beverages.  In addition, this cost includes food servers, elegant disposable china dinnerware and clean up.

OUTSIDE CATERING

Clients are permitted to use outside caterers at no additional charge.

 

CATERING KITCHEN

Each suite has access to our catering warming kitchen.  The kitchen is equipped with commercial refrigerator & freezer, double sink, stainless steel prep tables, microwave and food warming cabinet. We DO NOT have ice machines, so you will have to bring ice. Onsite cooking is prohibited.

SECURITY

Security officers will be provided for all events where alcohol is served. The venue provides the security officer(s) and the cost is covered in the bar rental fees.

LGBTQ+ INCLUSIVE

Absolutely. We welcome all wishing to marry or host an event at our venue.

MULTI-DAY & CORPORATE EVENTS DISCOUNTS

Holidays does offer rate discounts for multi-day events. Discounts are determined based on event type and needs.

Clients are required to supply the following:
